Between Thursday 5th October, 10:43am and Friday 6th October 20:03pm EAT (GMT+3), our services were intermittently unavailable due to a resource utilization bug. We switched to our backup web server, and got slightly normal operations, although you may noticed a degradation in response time.

UPDATE 1: Server was down due to a resource utilization bug in mod_sec. Initial investigation showed signs of IP traffic flooding and the shields went up. In this period, the log file grew exponentialy and therefore degrading the webserver. The incident has been resolved and we’ve switched back to our main web server for the clients who had been re-routed.

UPDATE 2: Our primary web server is back online. We've confirmed all services and websites are functioning correctly. If in any case, you still have issues with the services, please get in touch with us for further assistance.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this incident. We could have done a better job keeping the downtime to a minimum, so we’ll review our procedures and see what we can improve. Providing a reliable and trustworthy service is our utmost priority.
