The recruitment exercise was thorough and involved the students presenting to the GreenBell team some of the projects that they had done while in school. We got to see some very exciting stuff on show from the student personal projects; evidence that there is a lot of promise in this field. And with the proper cultivation such as the kind GreenBell Communications offers the students in terms of early work experience, we could see some highly trained IT professionals rising through the ranks. The presentations were conducted before the students were engaged in a brief coding exercise designed and adjudicated by GreenBell’s technical manager, Michael Buluma who similarly started as an intern at GBC.
